We are the leading manufacturer of pipes and related services for the world's energy industry and certain other industrial applications. We also supply pipes and tubular components for low-carbon energy applications.
Tenaris recently hosted the HyLINE II Joint Industry Project (JIP) meeting in Dalmine, Italy, where industry and research partners gathered to discuss advances in materials and technologies for hydrogen transportation. Tenaris contributes its expertise in pipeline materials and manufacturing alongside partners including Equinor, ExxonMobil, Gassco, TotalEnergies, TechnipFMC and Shell.
In celebration of 20 years of operations in Mississippi County, Tenaris expands partnership with Arkansas Northeastern College (ANC) through a robotic equipment donation and a new, annual scholarship program.
In 2026, our Roberto Rocca Scholarships celebrate 50 years. This program supports high school and university students who stand out for their academic performance and commitment to their studies. It is run by Tenaris and its sister companies in the Techint Group, and it has awarded more than 45,000 scholarships in 23 countries. Its goal is to help young people in the communities where these companies operate continue their education.
In 2021, Tenaris set a medium-term target to reduce the CO₂ intensity of our operations by 30% by 2030, compared to a 2018 baseline. We are pursuing this target by using a higher proportion of recycled steel scrap in the metallic mix and by making investments to increase energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy in our energy requirements.
